摘  要:为研究膨胀石墨制备过程中添加剂和过程参数对其性能的影响,采用化学氧化插层法制备膨胀石墨,通过改变插层剂、氧化剂用量及反应温度、反应时间、干燥时间相关参数优化膨胀石墨的制备工艺。结果表明:石墨(g)、浓硫酸(mL)、高锰酸钾(g)用量比10∶30∶1、反应温度50℃、反应时间90 min、干燥时间24 h的条件下,制得的可膨胀石墨膨胀体积最大,为260 mL/g。采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对产物的组成和结构进行分析表征,结果显示膨胀石墨的结晶度高、晶粒大、排列规整、缺陷较少。This paper is aimed specifically at an experimental study on the influence of additive and process parameter on the performance of the expanded graphite during its production. The study involves preparing expanded graphite using chemical oxidation intercalating method and optimizing the preparation technique of expanded graphite by changing the proportion of intercalation, the proportion of oxidant, re- action temperature, reaction time, and drying time. Experiments reveal that the reactants of C, H2SO4, KMnO4 of 10: 30: 1, reaction temperature of 50 ℃, reaction time of 90 rain, and drying time of 24 h pro- duce expanded graphite with a maximum expansion ratio of 260 mL/g. The characterization of the compo- sition and structure of product by the methods of XRD and SEM shows that the expandable graphite exhib- its advantages, such as a higher crystallinity, larger grain size, a more ordered crystalline structure, fe- wer defects, a porous structure and thinner layer.
