摘 要:为研究石墨混凝土的力学及电学特性,以C30混凝土为基准分别制备不同石墨掺量的石墨导电混凝土,分析石墨对混凝土拌合物和易性的影响,以及石墨混凝土在不同养护龄期时抗压强度及电阻率的变化。结果表明:加入石墨后混凝土的流动性明显变差,坍落度下降约25%,黏聚性和保水性下降明显。掺加5%和10%石墨的混凝土养护28 d时抗压强度分别下降了约50%和77%。加入石墨的混凝土导电性有所提高,掺加5%和10%石墨的混凝土养护28 d时电阻率分别为未加石墨混凝土的千分之一和五千分之一。该研究为混凝土改性提供了借鉴。This paper is aimed at studying mechanical and electrical properties of graphite concrete. The study involves respective preparation of graphite conductive concrete of different graphite content based on C30 concrete for reference, an analysis of the influence of graphite on concrete workability and the change of graphite concrete in compressive strength and resistivity under different curing age. The re- sults show that an addition of graphite concrete leads to a significantly worse flowability, with the resultant decrease of about 25 % in slump, and also to a significant drop in cohesion and water. An addition of 5 % and 10% graphite concrete curing 28 d results in about 50% and 77% decrease in compressive strength. Graphite addition provides an increase in concrete conductivity, and the concrete with an addition of 5% and 10% graphite curing 28 d has a resistivity about 1/1 000 and 1/5 000 lower than the concrete with- out graphite. The study may provide a reference for concrete modification.
