摘 要:目的了解兰州市中学教师心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对兰州市3所中学教师进行问卷调查,采用统计学方法 (t-检验,F-检验)对不同类别教师的得分进行对比分析。结果 (1)3所中学教师各因子得分高于全国常模(P〈0.05),且差异有统计学意义,223人中,有各种心理问题的教师比例为21.5%,问题主要为敌对、强迫和偏执、躯体化及人际关系敏感等症状。(2)高学历教师、高级职称教师及31~50岁年龄段教师的多项因子得分较高。(3)3所中学教师各因子得分之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论兰州市3所中学教师的心理健康水平较低;不同类别的教师心理健康水平不同;需特别关注心理健康水平较低的教师群体。Objective The study aimed to assess the mental health conditions of middle school teachers in Lanzhou City. Methods Teachers from three middle schools in Lanzhou were surveyed by using SCL-90, and scores of teachers in different categories were statistically analyzed (t-test, F-test). Results (1) Scores of the teachers on all factors were statistically higher than the national norm (P〈0.05); among the 223 teachers, 21.5% had mental issues, mainly hostility, obsessive and compulsive, crankiness, somatization, and sensitive in interpersonal relationships. (2) Teachers with high education background, high professional title, or between the age of 31 and 50 had high scores on several factors. (3) Significant differences were observed in scores on all factors among teachers from different middle schools (P〈0.05). Conclusion Mental health level of the teachers in Lanzhou City is poor, and varies among teachers in different categories. Mental health care for teachers with poor mental health should be emphasized.
