摘 要:目的探讨以北豆根、白头翁为主药的复方胶体制剂对阴道毛滴虫耐药株的抑制活性,为开发治疗阴道毛滴虫耐药株感染的新剂型药物进行基础研究。方法分别从北豆根、白头翁和怍蚕蛹中提取北豆根总碱、白头翁素和蚕蛹甲壳素,与矿物质络合成胶体溶液制剂,采用肉汤稀释法测定胶体制剂对阴道毛滴虫耐药株的抑制效应。结果北豆根、白头翁提取物胶体制剂在1.0 g/ml、0.1 g/ml时,滴虫的死亡率与药物作用具有量-效和时-效关系。药物作用24h后,全部滴虫死亡,两组的滴虫死亡率均高于空白对照组(P<0.01)。结论北豆根、白头翁联合组成的中药复方胶体制剂体外可明显抑制阴道毛滴虫耐药株生长,表现出高活性抑制阴道毛滴虫耐药株生长的药效。Objective This study was to explore the inhibitory effect of the compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine extracts on metronidazole-resistant Trichomonas vaginalis, in order to develop a drug-releasing system. Methods The total alkaloid of Menspermum dauricum, anemonine and silkworm pupa chitin were extracted from Menspermum dauricum, Radix pulsatillae, Bombyx mori, and then mixed with minerals to make the colloid solution, which was then used to determine its inhibitory effect on metronidazole-resistant Trichomonas vaginalis by broth dilution assay. Results The colloid solution of 1.0g/ml and 0. lg/ml killed metronidazole-resistant Trichomonas vagincdis in a time-dependent and concentration-dependent manner. After a 24-hour treatment, all Trichomonas vaginalis were killed in the treated group, which was significantly higher than the death rate of the ngative control groups (P〈0.01). Conclusion The colloid solution of traditional Chinese medicine extracts in this study had a significant inhibitory effects on metronidazole-resistant Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro.
