摘 要:纤维对水泥基复合材料具有一定的增强增韧作用,同时,由废旧橡胶制成的胶粉以骨料形式掺入水泥基复合材料中也可增加基体韧性。研究了在聚乙烯醇纤维增强水泥基复合材料中,以不同掺量的可再分散乳胶粉部分替代纤维对其抗折强度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,掺加体积分数0.5%胶粉后的纤维增强水泥基复合材料,较对比试件抗折强度提高了24.3%;掺加体积分数1%胶粉后的试件抗压强度提高了40.4%;掺加体积分数0.5%胶粉的试件在抗折强度和抗压强度大幅度提高的同时,保持了折压比不降低。因此,在水泥基复合材料中存在纤维的情况下,加入适当掺量的胶粉部分替代纤维可更大程度地提高构件的强度,并可节约材料成本,减少工程造价。Cementitious composites can be strengthen and toughen by adding fibers and rubber powder made of waste rubber also has the effect of toughening cementitious composites in the form of aggregates. This paper studies the flexural and compressive strength of polyving akohol fiber - reinforced cementitious composites with partial fiber replaced by different dosage of redispersible latex powder. The results shows that the flexural strength with 0 . 5% volume fraction of rubber powder possesses the increase of 24 . 3% and compressive strength with 1% rubber powder had the increase of 40. 4%,at the same time,specimens with 0 . 5% rubber powder highly improves the flexural and compressive strength without reducing the ratio of bending - compressive strength. It can be concluded that fiber - reinforced cementitious composite with appropriate dosage of rubber powder can enhance mechanical properties and be more economic.
