Effectiveness Analysis on the Appointment Registration in Outpatient Department

摘  要:目的探讨预约挂号在门诊应用的效果。方法选择2011年1月-2011年12月1500例门诊患者作为对照组(门诊预约挂号实施前),选择2012年1月-12月1500例门诊患者作为观察组(门诊预约挂号实施后),比较两组医生问诊顺利性、候诊时间,并每组随机抽取200例患者行问卷调查,比较两组患者的门诊服务满意度。结果观察组医生问诊顺利性为94.73%,明显高于对照组的89.40%(χ2=29.21,P<0.01),观察组候诊时间为(11.35±2.72)min,明显低于对照组的(13.08±3.17)min(t=2.674,P<0.01)。观察组患者的门诊服务满意度为98.00%,明显高于对照组的91.50%(χ2=8.49,P<0.05)。结论预约挂号可提高门诊诊疗效率和服务满意度。Objective To investigate the effects of appointment registration in outpatient department. Methods To take 1500 cases of outpatients selected from January 2011 to December 2011 as the control group (before the implementation of outpatient appointment registration), the same amount of patients were selected from January 2012 to December 2012 the observation group (after the implementation of outpatient appointment registration). The items included whether smoothly doctor visits and waiting time were compared between the two groups, and conducted questionnaires survey on 200 patients randomly selected in each group, the satisfaction were compared in two groups finally. Results The smoothly doctor visits rate was 94. 73% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 89. 40% in the control group ( X2=29. 21, P〈0. 01). The waiting time of the observation group was (11.35 ± 2. 72) rain, which was significantly lower than that (13.08 ± 3. 17)min in the control group (t=2. 674, P〈0. 01). The outpatients service satisfaction was 98.00% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that (91.50%) in the control group ( X 2=8.49, P〈0. 05). Conclusions The appointment registration in outpatient department could improve the efficiency of outpatient clinics and service satisfaction.
