商业综合体建设项目交通出行生成率分析——以天津市为例

摘　　要：选取了天津市3个商业综合体样本对工作日、周末的人流和车流的出行吸引点进行调查。根据调查结果,对3个样本商业类建筑工作日、周末的人流和车流进行回归分析,分别得出工作日、周末的人流、车流的回归分析图。分别对3个样本的办公类建筑、住宅类建筑和酒店类建筑的工作日、周末出行率进行了分析。Taking Tianjin City as an example, three commercial complexes are selected to investigate the trip attraction point of pedestrian and vehicle flows in weekdays and weekend. Based on the investigation result,the regression analysis is carried out for the pedestrian and vehicle flows in the architecture weekdays and weekend of three commercial complexes separately to give the regression analysis charts of pedestrian and vehicle flows in weekdays and weekend. The article separately analyzes the weekday and weekend trip rates of three office buildings, house buildings and hotel buildings.
