摘　　要：针对长三角区域内河航运信息服务的需求,按照不同的用户类型,从信息服务内容、信息服务方式和信息服务付费意愿等方面进行详细的问卷调研,并对调研结果进行统计分析。在此基础上,提出相关的意见和建议。这些意见和建议对未来我国内河航运信息服务系统平台的建设具有指导意义。The demands of different users in Yangtze River Delta Region for information services are investigated through the questionnaire survey, covering the needed information, suitable service types and willingness to pay for the services. Suggestions on the development of the information services are made on the basis of statistical analysis. This study may give guidance for developing inland water information services.
