摘　　要：文章对妊娠糖尿病延续护理的国内外研究现状进行综述,分析当前我国妊娠糖尿病延续护理研究存在的问题,即未建立规范的延续护理流程、干预人员单一、干预内容片面、忽略了患者的自我管理与照护者参与,并提出相应对策。在此基础上,对未来研究方向进行展望。This paper summarized the research status of transitional care for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus at home and in abroad, analyzed the problems in the studies of transitional care for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in China, which included lack of standard transitional care procedure, in- sufficiency of intervention person, one - sided intervention content,insufficiency of patients＇self - management and caregivers＇involvement thus proposed the relat- ed solutions. On this basis, it suggested the future directions of the research.
