乌鲁木齐市养老机构老年人生活质量现况及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查乌鲁木齐市养老机构老年人生活质量现况及影响因素。方法对乌鲁木齐市12个养老机构406名老年人进行生活质量调查,通过多元线性回归分析探讨影响因素。结果乌鲁木齐市养老机构老年人生活质量得分为(102.82±17.76)分,51.48%的老年人生活不能完全自理;年龄、民族、文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入、自理能力及慢性病是老年人生活质量的影响因素。结论养老机构老年人生活质量处于中等水平,改善老年人生活质量状况需要社会各界共同努力,并以影响因素为着手点,提高养老机构老年人生活质量。Objective To.investigate the level and influencing factors of quality of life in old people in nursing homes of Urumchi. Methods Totally, 406 old people in 12 elderly homes in Urumqi were investigated using Short- Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire （SF -36）. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results The average score of quality of life was （ 102.82 ± 17.76 ）. The self - care dependency ratio was 51.48%. The influencing faetors of elder quality of life were as follows ： age, ethnic, education, marriage, family monthly income, activity of daily living and chronic diseases. Conclusion The situation of QOL in old people is in a middle level and needs be emphasized by whole society. Based on its influecing factors,we will have a good ehanee to achieve a health - oriented QOL.
