摘　　要：目的探讨成批烧伤患者护理专科技能培训的效果。方法成立培训小组,确定培训内容,针对参与8批次烧伤患者护理的169名护理人员进行为期2周的烧伤专科护理技能培训。结果培训后烧伤专科理论和操作考核成绩及护理人员自评与他评均提高(P<0.01)。结论针对性的成批烧伤患者专科护理技能培训,能够保证专科护理效果,提高患者的救治成功率。Objective To explore the effects of nurse training of nursing special skills for batchers of burn patients. Methods Measures included establis- hing a training group,determining the training content, and training 169 nurses participated in 8 groups of burn patientsJnursing for 2 weeks. Results After the training, nurses performance in theoretical and skill tests increased, the self- evaluation and peer evaluation were also improved （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The targeted nursing skill training for batches of burn patients can ensure the special nursing outcomes, and improve the success treatment rate.
