摘 要:无锡大剧院屋顶钢结构采用管桁架空间结构体系,其中大跨度、大悬挑、曲线杆件等均为非常规设计。对该结构的设计理念及技术进行了全面的阐述,如结构体系的选择、设计难点及重点部位的处理技术等关键问题,旨在给类似项目提供一定的借鉴。通过对结构的详细计算分析,表明该项目对结构特殊部位的处理方式是合理的,既满足了结构受力和变形性能的要求,同时也极大地迎合了业主和建筑师对建筑效果的追求。通过对结构风洞试验和节点试验的研究,进一步验证了结构设计和节点设计的合理性和安全性。A spatial truss structure is applied for the design of the steel roof of Wuxi Grand Theater. A few non conventional designs are adopted in this project, such as large span, large cantilever and curved structural members. This paper presents the design concept and detailed technique in this structure, such as structural system selection, design challenges and detailed technology for key locations. The design approach and technique can provide a useful reference for similar projects. Based on the calculation results, the designs at some special locations of this project are considered to be reasonable and also satisfied the requirement of loading capacity,deformation, as well as building appearance. The rationality and safety of structural design and solution at the joints is further validated by wind tunnel tests and joint loading tests.
