摘　　要：羊水过少是产科常见并发症之一,可发生在妊娠各期,但以妊娠中晚期较为常见,是胎儿危险的重要信号,及时发现和处理羊水过少对提高围产儿生存率有重要意义。该文就国内外关于妊娠晚期羊水过少的相关因素及治疗进行了综述。Aligohydramnios is one of the common complications in obstetrics. It can occur in different period of pregnancy but more common in third trimester. It is an important danger signs of fetal risk. Early diagnosis and aggressive treatment has important significance on the increase of perinatal survival rate. The article reviewed related factors and treatment of oligohydramnios in third trimester both at home and abroad.
