临床药师参与1例皮肤软组织感染患者治疗的病例分析

摘　　要：一糖尿病患者因"腰椎间盘突出"院外行"痛点注射"和"骶管注射"后出现皮肤软组织感染。患处出现广泛压痛。入院后,经药物治疗和理疗,效果不明显。临床药师会诊后,调整治疗药物。患者病情逐渐好转,出院。临床药师应积极参与患者药物治疗,确保患者用药合理、安全、有效。A patient with a history of diabetes and poor glycemic control was diagnosed as skin soft-tissue infection after“pain points injection” and“the sacral canal injection” as the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. After admission, the patient was given pharmacotherapy and physical therapy, but the effect was not obvious. After consultation by clinical pharmacist, the medicine was adjusted. The patient got better and was discharged from hospital. Clinical pharmacists should actively in participate patient＇s pharmacotherapy to ensure reasonable, safe and effective use of medicine.
