摘 要:Unveiling the structure and function of all the proteins a human body produces is undoubtedly a key task for us to better understand ourselves. Although a mission difficult to achieve, this apparently becomes more feasible upon the determination of the DNA sequence of the whole human genome, which was predicted to encode a total of 20,000-25,000 proteins [1].
