摘　　要：文章探讨了教育素养、国民教育素养及民族团结教育素养的内涵,提出以公民教育素养为目标的民族团结教育模式系列改革策略:民族团结教育过程社会化、教育主体多元化、教育形式隐性化、教育对象针对化、民族团结教育资源丰富化和民族团结教育活动参与化与操作化等内涵。The paper discussed the meaning of education attainment,civic education attainment and ethnic solidarity education attainment,proposed the serial reform strategy of ethnic solidarity education which focused on promoting civic education attainment,include that the socialization of ethnic solidarity education,the diversification of educational subjects,the invisible of education form,the pertinence of educational objects,the abundance of educational resource of ethnic solidarity etc.
