摘　　要：肇始于行政领域的问责制度,晚近以来已经开始植入消防安全领域,并在地方立法上予以规定。但是,由于地方立法层级不高直接影响到消防安全问责的实施效果。为确保消防安全和强化消防职责,我国消防安全问责有必要寻求在更高层面并予以更系统的法制化。Since its origin in the field of administration,the accountability system has begun to implant fire safety field recently,and set forth by the local legislation.However,the local legislation lacking enough authority has directly influenced the effect of fire safety accountability.In order to ensure fire safety and strengthen the fire-fighting duties,the fire safety accountability in China needs to seek the systemic legalization on state level.
