上海部分医院医患双方对医院志愿服务认知的比较研究

摘　　要：目的了解上海市部分医患双方对医院志愿服务工作的认知及相关行为,探索如何提高医院志愿服务的服务效率和质量。方法在文献检索和专家访谈的基础上,以上海市16家公立医院的医务人员与其中1家医院的患者作为调查对象,采用自设问卷方式进行调查。结果医患双方在医院开展志愿服务的必要性,医院志愿服务需求、志愿者的培养方式上观点一致;在主动寻求志愿者帮助的行为及对医院志愿服务作用的认知上具有不一致性。结论政府及社会需要广泛宣扬志愿精神,对医院志愿服务发展给予更多支持。医院需要加强培训,完善志愿者管理工作;积极推进志愿服务项目化运作;打造医院志愿者核心队伍;加强医院志愿文化建设。Objective：To understand the cognition and related behavior of hospital volunteer service between medical personnels and patients in Shanghai,and explore how to improve the efficiency and quality of hospital volunteer service.Methods：A questionnaire was designed to investigate medical personnels and patients on the basis of document retrieval and interviews of specialists.The medical personnels were from 16 public hospitals in Shanghai and the patients were from one of these hospitals.Results：Medical personnels and patients had similar viewpoints on the necessity of hospital volunteer service,the needs of hospital volunteer service,volunteer training methods.However,on the behavior of seeking volunteers for help,the functions of hospital volunteers,their views were different.Conclusions：Government and society should actively promote the spirit of volunteerism and give the development of hospital volunteer service more support.Hospitals need to strengthen training and improve volunteer management,promote volunteer service to be managed by projects,build the core volunteer teams in hospitals and strengthen the construction of hospital volunteer culture.
