摘 要:目的从心理健康角度研究高考学生的心理压力是否与不同味觉食物的偏好与摄取频率有关联。方法整群抽样法抽取湖北某中学高考学生300人作为研究对象,采用Cohen感觉压力量表及自制的饮食行为问卷对其味觉偏好性与压力的相关性进行调查及评价。结果女生心理压力高于男生,喜爱甜食的学生压力指数高于不喜爱甜食的学生,喜爱苦味食物的学生压力指数低于不喜爱苦味食物的学生,高压力组学生摄取甜食及辣味食物的频率高于其他组。结论因此应加大宣传营养健康饮食知识的健康伦理观,从心理健康角度排解高考学生心理压力,从压力与味觉偏好相关性角度引导高考学生健康饮食。Objective:To find whether with different taste preferences and food intake fiequency are linked with college entrance exam stress in students from the perspective of mental health.Methods:Subjects were sampled from a high school in Hubei Province by cluster sampling.Data were collected through Cohen stress scale and the self-made questionnaire of food intake to survey the relations between stress and flavor preference.Results:It is found that girls got a higher mean score of stress,and there was a significant difference between the students who liked sweet food and who did not,so did the students who liked the bitter food and those who did not.Also,the group with high stress level had more sweet food and hot food than that of other groups.Conclusion:College Entrance Exam students stress level varies with their flavor preference and food intake.Therefore,it is better to strengthen publicity of nutritional and healthy diet,lower and release their stress from the perspective of mental health,and guide students to have a healthy diet from the aspect of relevance of stress and flavor preference.
