补血养肝法对血虚证小鼠肝细胞凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补血养肝法对血虚证小鼠肝细胞凋亡的影响。方法:30只C57BL/6J小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、实验组。以腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立血虚证模型,检测各组小鼠外周血红细胞数、白细胞数及血红蛋白含量,采用Tunnel法检测肝细胞凋亡。结果:与模型组相比,实验组小鼠外周血红细胞数、白细胞数以及血红蛋白含量升高(P<0.05),肝细胞凋亡百分率下降(P<0.05)。结论:补血养肝法对血虚证的治疗作用可能与其减少肝细胞凋亡有关。Objective ：To investigate effects of enriching blood and nourishing liver method on hepatocyte apoptosis of mice with blood deficiency. Methods：30 C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group and experiment group. The blood deficiency rice models were made by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. Erythroeyte, leukocyte were counted and hemoglobin level was examined in peripheral blood. Tunnel assay was carried out to detect hepatoeyte apoptosis. Results ： Compared with model group, the counts of erythrocyte,leukocyte and level of hemoglobin in peripheral blood were increased （P〈0.05）,the percentage of hepatoeyte apoptosis was decreased in experiment group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions：The mechanism of enriching blood and nourishing liver method may be associated with reduction of hepatocyte apoptosis.
