摘  要:根据现代建筑智能配电系统中很多直流电机自动开关控制多轴传动系统的特点,通过对多轴传动系统简化折算,得到单轴拖动系统,即直流电机模型。应用PWM的变换器H桥的可逆电路对直流电机进行PWM驱动控制。在单闭环速度PI控制的基础上,设计了基于标准行程的位置调节方法,简述了转速、位置闭环的控制原理,通过MATLAB仿真验证了转速位置的闭环控制对双机直流拖动控制的有效性,实现了系统的结构简单、运行偏差小、运行稳定,设计了以C8051F320单片机和LMD18200直流电机集成驱动芯片为核心的硬件电路,经过最后的软硬件整合测试,证明系统性能良好。According to Modern architecture DC motor in intelligent power distribution system automatic switch control multiple spindle drive, get single shaft drive system, namely DC motor model, througuh simplified reducing the shaft transmission system. The reversible circuit of PWM converter H bridge is applied to contring the DC motor PWM driveol. In foundation of the single closed loop speed control of PI, design position adjustment method based on standard stroke, and introduced the speedand posit -ion closed loop control principle, and verify the effective- ness of the speed -position closed loop control on double machine DC drag the system through the simulation of Matlab, and make The system has the advantages of simple structure, stable operation, small running deviation. Design the hardware circuit with C8051F320 SCM and LMD18200 dc motor integrated drive chip as the core. After the final software and hardware integration testing, prove the system performance is good.
