摘　　要：目的:探索体外培养原代脊髓神经细胞的方法,为研究脊髓损伤及修复的分子机制、药物作用机制提供前提条件。方法:将妊娠15 d的孕鼠处死后取出胎鼠脊髓,分离出神经细胞作为原代细胞进行培养,观察神经元细胞形态学特征,并采用DAPI和NSE双重染色对所培养细胞进行鉴定。结果:胎鼠脊髓神经细胞在体外培养生长好,纯度高,经免疫荧光鉴定,所培养细胞荧光染色符合神经细胞特点。结论:采用该实验方法进行脊髓神经细胞培养方法简便,纯度高,能满足各种神经科学研究的需要。Objective：To explore the culture method of primary nerve cells of spinal cord in vitro,so as to provide a pre- requisite for study on molecular mechanism and drug action mechanism of injury and repair of spinal cord. Methods ： Preg- nant rats for 15 d of pregnancy were sacrificed and spinal cord of fetal rat was taken out. Next nerve cells were separated and cultured as the primary cell. Then morphological features of nerve cells were observed. Finally cultured cells were identi- fied using DAPI and NSE double staining. Results：Growth of nerve cells of fetal rat was good and its purity was high. Conclu- sion ：This method is simple and purity of cultured cells was high. This method can meet the needs of neuroscience study.
