摘 要:目的:考察微粉化技术对中药材连翘的显微特征以及溶出度的影响。方法:显微镜下观察连翘普通细粉与超微细粉的显微特征区别,并以连翘苷含量为指标,采用紫外分光光度法测定超微细粉与普通细粉中连翘苷的溶出度。结果:显微镜下观察两种连翘粉末显微特征有明显差异,超微细粉连翘苷含量>普通细粉。结论:微粉化技术有利于中药材中有效成分的溶出。Objective:To investigate the effect of micronization technology on microstructure character and dissolution degree of Fructus forsythiae. Method:Differences of microstructure characters between the common powder and the superfine powder of Fructus forsythiae were observed, and dissolve degrees of phillyrin in common powder and superfine powder were detected by UV. Result: Microstructure characters of two kinds of power had significant differences. Phillyrin content in superfine powder was higher than that in common powder. Conclusion:Micronization technology would help dissolution of effective components in Chinese herbal medicine.
