不同居群款冬花种质资源形态特征变异研究

摘  要:目的:通过对不同居群款冬花种质资源的植物学形态性状观察、统计、分析,为款冬花遗传育种和种质资源保护提供依据。方法:通过野外调查取样,对16个款冬花居群的8个形态性状进行测量和统计分析。结果:不同居群款冬花的形态性状均有一定差异,其中单株蕾鲜重、单株花蕾数变异较大,采收期绿叶数、每粒蕾重变异较小;相关分析表明除蕾色外,株高、叶长、叶宽、绿叶数、单株蕾数、每粒蕾鲜重均与单株蕾鲜重(产量)有显著正相关,其中单株花蕾数相关性最高,各性状间亦具有正相关;通过聚类分析将16份款冬花种质资源可分为栽培和野生2类。结论:款冬花种质资源间存在较大的形态分化,在筛选高产种质时可优先考虑单株花蕾数指标。Objective: Morphological characters of different population of Tussilago faffara were investigated and compared, so as to offer reference for its genetic breeding and germplasm resources protection. Methods:Using field survey sampling, 8 morphological traits of 16 populations were observed,measured,and analyzed. Results:There were some morphological variation among the different populations. Single bug fresh weight was correlated with plant height,leaf length,blade width, number of green leaves, single bug number, weight of each bug, except the floral bud color. The coefficient of single bug number is the highest. Cluster analysis showed that 16 populations of T.farfara could be divided into common and wild. Conclusion:There were large morphological variation among different germplasm resources on T.farfara,The number of floral bud per plant should be first considered in screening high-yield T. farfara germplasm.
