摘　　要：目的:建立解毒消银丸中丹酚酸B含量的RP-HPLC测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇∶乙腈(3∶1)-1.0%甲酸水溶液(34∶66),流速:1 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:286 nm。结果:丹酚酸B在220 ng^4 440 ng范围内与峰面积呈良好线性,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为99.79%,RSD为1.79%。结论:该方法重现性好,准确度高,可用于解毒消银丸的质量控制。Objective：To establish a method for determinating salvianolic acid B content in Jiedu Xiaoyin pills. Methods： RP-HPLC was performed on Cls column （4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） with methanol：acetonitrile （3：1） - 1% aqueous formic acid （34：66） as mobile phase. Flow rate was 1 mL/min. Column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 286 nm. Results：Salvianolic acid B had a good linear from 220 ng to 440 ng,r=0.999 6. The average recovery rate was 99.79% and RSD wasl.79%. Conclusion ：This method has good reproducibility, high accuracy, and could control quality of Jiedu Xiaoyin pills.
