摘  要:测量100个循环喷油器各孔喷雾冲击力,计算得到了各孔喷油规律,分析了各孔喷油持续期、平均喷油率及循环波动随喷油泵转速和循环喷油量的变化,以及各孔喷油持续期、平均喷油率与对应循环喷油量的相关性。结果表明:对于柱塞式泵-管-嘴系统,随喷油泵转速的升高,各孔平均喷油率均值逐渐减小,其波动率逐渐减小;随喷油量的增加,平均喷油率均逐渐增加,波动率逐渐减小;随着喷孔轴线与针阀轴线夹角的增加,平均喷油率均值减小;各孔平均喷油率与循环喷油量具有较大相关性。The injection characteristics for each hole of injector was acquired by measuring 100 cycles ot spray moment. I ne variation of injection duration, mean fuel injection rate and cycle-to-cycle variation with fuel pump speed and fuel injection quantity, and their correlation with corresponding fuel injection quantity for each hole were analyzed. The results show that the mean fuel injection rate for each hole of plunger-type pump-pipe-nozzle system decreases and increases gradually with the increase of fuel pump speed and fuel injection quantity respectively, and its cycle-to-cycle variation both decrease with the increase of fuel pump speed and fuel injection quantity. In addition, the mean fuel injection rate decreases with the increase of angle between nozzle orifice axis and needle valve axis. Accordingly, the mean fuel injection rate for each hole has great correlation with fuel injection quantity.
