芦根与生姜对癌症放、化疗的减毒增效作用

摘　　要：目的研究生姜与芦根的天然药物组合物在用于制备减少癌症放、化疗引起的呕吐副作用并对治疗癌症起增效作用的药物中的用途。方法用经典的水貂呕吐模型观察组合物的止吐作用;在小鼠肿瘤模型上探索了组合物的抑制肿瘤作用。结果证明该姜芦组合物对于顺铂所致水貂的呕吐反应有对抗作用(P<0.01);并证明该组合物对于小鼠体内S180肉瘤、肝癌H22、艾氏腹水瘤EAC也有抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论姜芦组合物有抑癌作用并减少抗癌药顺铂引起的呕吐作用。ObJective：To study the detoxification and synergistic effect of zingiber and rhizoma composite on radiothera-py and chemotherapy. Methods：The classic mink vomiting model was used to observe the antiemetic effect of the composi-tion,and then the mice tumor model was used to observe the antitumor effect of the composition. Results：The mink vomi-ting model proved that the composition significantly resisted mink vomiting response caused by cisplatin. The mice tumor model proved that the composition had obvious inhibition to the S180 ,H22 and EAC tumor in mice. Conclusion：The composi-tion can reduce vomiting side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy on cancer,and have synergistic effect in the treatment of cancer.
