急性百草枯中毒血浆双重灌流的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Depmas血浆双重灌流在急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效。方法将2012年3月-2013年12月的急性百草枯中毒患者分为两组,常规治疗组采用药物治疗;Depmas组在常规药物治疗基础上,通过百特血滤机对分离的血浆再串联HA230/330及BS 330行灌流治疗,观察两组患者的存活率,死亡患者的平均存活时间,外周血液中的百草枯浓度、胆红素及炎性介质的变化。结果 Depmas组较常规治疗组存活率提高,死亡患者的平均存活时间延长,外周血中的百草枯、胆红素及炎症介质浓度降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Depmas血浆双重灌流治疗急性百草枯中毒有显著疗效。ObJective：To investigate the clinical effect of double Depmas plasma perfusion on acute paraquat poisoning. Methods：The patients with acute paraquat poisoning duriing March 2012 and December 2013 were divided into two groups：the conventional treatment group therapy and Depmas group treated with,on the basis of routine treatment,the plasma Bax-ter blood filter on the separation of HA230 / 330 and BS 330 series again perfusion therapy. The survival rate of the two groups,the mean survival time of death of patients,changes of the peripheral blood concentration of paraquat,bilirubin and inflammatory medium were observed. Results：The survival rate was improved in Depmas group,compared with the conven-tional treatment group,with the average survival of death time prolonged,the peripheral blood of paraquat,bilirubin and inflammatory medium concentration decreased,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion：Depmas plasma dual perfusion for the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning has remarkable curative effect.
