摘  要:经多年的探讨和实践,就UHF频段数字电视宽带发射机及其在地面数字电视广播(DTTB)的多频道组网,从技术背景、技术基础、优势及需继续探讨等方面进行系统阐述。其中明确提出:需依据国情正确解读中国地面数字电视传输标准(DTMB)的融合特性,结合中国AVS视频编码(简称"双国标"),并采用数字电视宽带发射机及多频道单频网(M-SFN)组网技术,推进大区域/省级双国标M-SFN网的规模发展。在阐述其必要性、可行性时,客观分析国内外传统技术模式后,提出一系列采用宽带发射机进行大区域M-SFN组网的创新概念和关键技术;并立足国内自主创新的工程实现技术,以尽快率先拥有这一领域的知识产权。Based on the explorations and implementations in many years by the author of this paper, DTV wideband emitters in UHF frequency band and multi-channels networking of DTTB are discussed in this paper in systematic descriptions with its technical backgrounds, technical bases, and its advantages, as well as its further improvements needed. It is clearly pointed out that the basic merging characteristic of the digital terrestrial television broadcasting (DTTB) transmission standard of China (DTMB) should correctly be interpreted with the domestic conditions of China, while integrating with the AVS standard (' Dual Chinese Standards'), as well as adopting DTV wideband emitters and Multi-Channels Single Frequency Network (M-SFN) in construction of DTTB networks, especially in the promotion of its implementations in a broader scale of large or provincial regions, deploying dual Chinese standard and M-SFN Networking. After describing the necessity and feasibility of the new technology, together with the objective analysis of the traditional techniques of DTFB networking, domestic or foreign, a series of new ideas and techniques, using wideband emitters to implement M-SFN networks in large regions are introduced, basing on the engineering realizations of self-innovative new techniques, as well as grasping the IPRs in this field as fast as possible.
