祖师麻片联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察祖师麻片联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照开放性试验性设计,将64例分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组予祖师麻片联合仙灵骨葆胶囊口服,对照组予双氯芬酸钠口服,两组均治疗14天,分别于治疗前及治疗后第1、2周末进行症状体征评分、判定临床疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为93.75%、81.25%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组在第1周末症状体征积分高于治疗组(P<0.05),治疗组在第2周末症状体征积分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祖师麻片联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效良好。Objective ： To investigate the clinical effects of ＂Zushima Pian and Xianlinggubao Capsule＂ in treating Knee osteoarthritis.Methods： A randomized controlled open trial was conducted; 64 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group; treatment group in which 32 cases were treated with modified ＂Zushima Pian and Xianlinggubao Capsule＂ and control group in which 32 cases were treated with diclofenac sodium tablets orally, with a course of 14 days.The symptoms and signs were scored before and after treatment for 1 and 2 weeks to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results： The total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 81.25% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） ; the score of symptoms and signs was higher in the control group than in the treatment group at the end of the first week （ P〈0.05 ） , but the score was higher in the treatment group than the control group at the end of the second week （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： ＂Zushima Pian and Xianlinggubao Capsule＂ has positive effect on Knee osteoarthritis.
