济生肾气丸联合西药治疗前列腺增生症68例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察济生肾气丸联合西药治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:136例随机分为治疗组和对照组各68例,两组均口服非那雄胺、特拉唑嗪片,治疗组加服加味济生肾气丸,治疗30天后停药,随访3个月判定疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为91.2%和63.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:济生肾气丸联合西药治疗前列腺增生症疗效优于单用西药。Objective ： To observe the chnical effect of Shenqi Pill in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： 136 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, cases in the control group with the routine oral non finasteride, terazosin tablets, 1 times daily, cases in the treatment group based on routine treatment of Western Medicine on the clothes flavoredJisheng Shenqi pills, observation of symptoms, signs, abdominal ultrasound. The two groups were treated for 30 days. 30 days after treatment discontinuation, follow-up of March to determine efficacy.results： Treatment group and control group in the total effective rate were 91.2% and 63.2%, the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group, there was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Western medicine combined with conventional western medicine treatment is better than that of students with economic Shenqi Pill in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia effect.
