摘 要:微泡(microvesicle,MV)是多种细胞分泌产生的膜囊泡,包括微粒(microparticle)和外泌体(exosome)。微泡能将内含的生物活性物质如脂质、蛋白质、mRNA和miRNA等转运至靶细胞,从而介导细胞间信息交流。实验证据表明微泡参与多种生物进程,具有抗凋亡、抗菌、抗肿瘤、促进细胞增殖、调节免疫、促血管生成和诱导细胞分化等作用。本文就微泡的产生机制、生物学功能及应用前景最新进展做一综述。Microvesicles (MVs) are membrane vesicles released by most cell types, including micropar- ticles and exosomes. They are enriched in various bioactive molecules, such as lipids, proteins, mRNA and miRNA. Via transfer of the cargos, they play an important role in mediating intercellular communication. Growing experimental evidence indicates that MVs take part in many biological processes, involving inhibit- ing apoptosis, regulating immune, differentiation and proliferation. Moreover, MVs have the biological func- tions of antitumor, antibiosis and pro-angiogenenic. The generation, function and application prospect of MVs are reviewed in this paper.
