先兆子痫产妇麻醉前用芬氟合剂的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察先兆子痫患者剖宫产麻醉前应用芬氟合剂的临床效果。方法选取精神高度紧张的先兆子痫拟行剖宫产麻醉的产妇82例,根据麻醉前是否应用芬氟合剂分为两组。实验组在产妇入手术室,开通静脉后,静脉注射芬氟合剂半量,进行麻醉穿刺操作,对照组麻醉前不参与静脉注射芬氟合剂,直接进行麻醉穿刺。记录两组产妇麻醉期间紧张情况,配合能力,血压,心率,子痫发生例数,SPO2和新生儿Apgar评分。结果实验组麻醉期间镇静效果适度,血压、心率下降适度,两组均未见子痫发生,新生儿Apgar评分差异无统计学意义。结论芬氟合计在先兆子痫产妇,剖宫产麻醉之前用药,可以改善产妇的紧张情绪,降低产妇麻醉期间应激反应的严重程度,降低麻醉风险。Objective To observe the clinical effect of fentanyl and droperidol mixture on delivery woman with preeclampsia un-dergoing cesarean section before anesthesia. Methods 82 delivery women with preeclampsia undergoing cesarean section were select-ed and divided into two groups according to whether they should be treated with fentanyl and droperidol mixture or not. After opening the vein, delivery women in the experimental group were given intravenous fentanyl and droperidol mixture injection, and anesthesia puncture. While in the control group, intravenous fentanyl and droperidol mixture injection was not involved, patients were given anes-thesia puncture directly. During anesthesia, stress situation, coordination, blood pressure, heart rate, the number of cases of eclampsi-a, SPO2 and neonatal Apgar score of the two groups were recorded. Results In the experimental group, the effect of sedation was moderate during anesthesia; blood pressure, heart rate decreased moderately. There were no eclampsia in the two groups and neonatal Apgar score was not significantly different statistically. Conclusion The application of fentanyl and droperidol mixture in delivery woman with preeclampsia before cesarean section anesthesia can reduce the severity of the stress reaction, decrease the severity of stress response during anesthesia, and reduce the risk of anesthesia so as to guarantee the safety of both the mother and baby.
