摘 要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者外周血循环中内皮祖细胞(EPCs)与丙二醛(MDA)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)及细胞间黏附分子-1(CAM-1)的相关性。方法采集2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组,48例)及非糖尿病患者(对照组,48例)静脉血,采用流式细胞仪计数外周血循环EPCs表面标志物(CD133、CD34、VEGFR-2)的表达,分别采用分光光度计检测FFA浓度,用酶标仪检测MDA浓度,用ELISA法检测CAM-1浓度。结果 (1)两组受试者的MDA、CD133差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);糖尿病组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、VEGFR-2、CD34均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病组体质指数、收缩压、CAM-1、FFA均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)糖尿病患者FFA与CD34及VEGFR-2数量呈负相关(r=-0.552,P=0.001;r=-0.342,P=0.022),MDA与CAM-1无相关性。结论糖尿病患者EPCs数量低于非糖尿病对照者,尤其以晚期EPCs(VEGFR2、CD34)数量减少更突出。FFA浓度与糖尿病患者晚期EPCs数量呈负相关,MDA、CAM-1没有显示出与糖尿病患者EPCs数量的相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs)of diabetes and free fantty acids (FFA),malondialdehyde (MDA)and cell adhesion molecule (CAM).Methods 48 patients with T2DM and 48 controls were enrolled in this case-control study,and blood were collected.Dif-ferent EPC subpopulations were enumerated by flow cytometry using triple staining (CD34,CD133,VEG-FR2).CAM were detected by ELISA,MDA were detected by TBA method and FFA were measured by spectrophotometry.Results The number of EPCs were lower in patients with diabetes than control,the difference between CD133+ cells were not significant (P 〉0.05),but the difference of VEGFR2+ and CD34+ cells were significant (P〈0.05).The concentration of FFA were negative correlation with number of CD34 and VEGFR2 in patients with diabetes (r =-0.552,P =0.001;r =-0.342,P =0.022).The con-centration of CAM were lower in patients with diabetes (P〈0.05),but there was not negative relation with number of EPCs.MDA were not found relation with number of EPCs.Conclusion The number ofEPCs in T2DM patients were lower than controls,espectially CD34 and VEGFR2.The concentration of FFA were negative correlation with number of CD34 and VEGFR2 in patients with diabetes.
