摘　　要：血管性痴呆是我国老年人群的常见病、多发病,已严重影响老年人的生活质量。中医药对其防治作了大量研究,不同的病理因素参与了发病,临床上已采用多种中药治疗血管性痴呆患者,包括中药提取物、中成药、汤药等,故对血管性痴呆中药治疗的研究进展进行了综述。Vascular dementia is a common and frequently-occurring disease,which is influencing seriously the life quality of aged people. Various pathologic mechanisms have participated in cognitive impairment in patients with vascular dementia. A number of traditional Chinese drug have been used in the treatment of vascular dementia in clinical practice,including extracts from Chinese medicinal herbal,Chinese patent drug,decoction,etc. This article reviews the progress in research on the traditional Chinese drug for vascular dementia.
