心灵绿洲工作室在神经外科护士情绪控制管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨心灵绿洲工作室在神经外科护士情绪控制管理中的作用。方法:成立心灵绿洲工作室,运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对神经外科53名护士进行心理测评。结果:活动后护士SCL-90测评因子中躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖的评分均低于活动前,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:心灵绿洲工作室帮助护理人员掌握自我调节负性情绪的方法,正确认识自我,从而增强心理调适能力和承受能力,进一步指导护理人员运用心理咨询的知识和技能对病人实施心理护理,全面提升了神经外科护士控制情绪的综合能力。Objective： To explore the role and effect of spirit oasis studios on neurosurgery nurses＇ emotional management. Methods： The authors established spirit oasis studio and evaluated psychological status of 53 neurosurgery nurse using the Symptom Checklist（SCL-90）.Results： The scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive, anxiety, depression and panic are decreased after the activity（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Spirit oasis studio to help nurses master self-regulating negative emotions methods,correct understanding of yourself, thereby enhancing psychological adjustment capability and affordability,further guidance counseling nurses use the knowledge and skills to implement psychological care for patients,enhance the comprehensive ability neurosurgery nurse good controle motions.
