摘　　要：我院将以"哮喘专科门诊管理治疗-哮喘宣教中心管理-家庭自我管理"为基本结构的哮喘儿童综合管理模式应用于学龄期哮喘患儿的健康教育管理,使患儿的肺功能水平、用药依从性提高(P<0.01)。通过实施哮喘儿童综合管理模式,由医疗机构对患儿进行主动管理,有助于进一步提高我国儿童哮喘的防治水平。We applied integrated management model for the health education management among children with asthma based on ＂treatment in asthma clinic-asthma education center-family self management＂ from Augest 2013. The children＇s lung function and drug adherence were improved after 6 months（P〈0.01）. It is helpful to improve prevention and treatment level among children with asthma by active management of integrated management model from medical institution.
