阵发性室上性心动过速患者应用异搏定和心律平的疗效及不良反应观察

摘　　要：目的探讨异搏定及心律平治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的临床效果和不良反应。方法 82例阵发性室上性心动过速患者,随机分为A组和B组,A组予心律平注射治疗;B组予异搏定治疗。观察两组有效转复率、复率时间、不良反应发生情况等。结果 A组患者成功转复37例（90.2%）,高于B组（36例,87.8%）,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;A组复率时间1.0-27 min,平均（14.2±2.5）min,高于B组,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;不良反应B组高于A组,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.4794,P〈0.05）。结论心律平和异搏定治疗阵发性室上性心动过速均能取得理想的转复效果,在应用时应注意异搏定的不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the curative and side effects of verapamil and propafenon in treating paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Methods 82 cases with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A were given verapamil, group B were given propafenon. The effective converting rate, converting time and the incidence of adverse reaction of the two groups were observed after treatment. Results After treatment, 37 cases in group A were effectively converted, and the rate was higher than that of group B, there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. The converting time of group A was 1.0-27 min[average（14.2±2.5）min], higher than that of group B, there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. While the adverse reaction of group B was higher than that of group A, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions It showed a significant curative effect of verapamil and propafenon in treating paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Close attention should be pay on the occurrence of adverse reaction when using verapamil.
