结缔组织病患者雷诺现象的护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结雷诺现象的护理经验,为此类患者的临床护理提供指导。方法给予伴有雷诺现象的结缔组织疾病患者综合护理,包括生活、饮食护理,心理护理,皮肤护理,静脉输液护理,以及生活指导;观察患者心理变化,肢体微循环改变,疼痛感觉等。结果患指(趾)皮温正常,皮色红润,感觉迟钝恢复,疼痛消失。结论对雷诺病患者给予密切观察、必要护理、健康指导能使患者临床症状明显好转或基本消失,对减轻并发症的症状,取得一定的疗效。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of Raynaud＇s disease and provide guidance for the clinical care of these patients. Methods To give the connective tissue disease of patients with Raynaud＇s phenomenon of comprehensive care, including life and diet care, psychological care, skin care, intravenous infusion care and life guidance.Observe the patient psychological changes, limb microcirculation and the feeling of pain. Results The patients of suffer（toe）normal skin temperature, skin color red, insensitive recovery and the pain disappeared.Conclusion Closely observed for Renault＇s patients and given the necessary nursing, health guidance to make significant improvement in clinical symptoms or disappeared, to alleviate the symptoms of complications, and achieved the certain therapeutic effect.
