住房装修一体化承发包模式选择研究

摘　　要：住房装修问题一直是居民关心的问题,其中如何提高住房装修的质量水平更是社会关注的焦点。在介绍住房装修一体化概念的基础上,详细阐述了住房装修一体化的3种承发包方式:工程总承包模式、专业承包模式以及平行分包模式,并对各种模式进行比较分析,提出了基于"一体化"思想的承发包模式选择模型,运用模糊层次分析法通过实证研究进一步定量分析证明工程总承包模式才是住房装修一体化承发包模式的最佳选择,以期能对相关领域的理论研究和实践应用起到指导作用。Housing decoration draws the attention of the public. How to improve the quality of housing decoration is the focus of the society.Three delivery methods are presented and compared：engineering general contracting model, professional contracting model and the parallel sub mode. A selection model based on FAHP（fuzzy analytic hierarchy proces） is process. The result shows that engineering general contracting mode is the best choice for housing decoration projects. In short,the objectives of the paper is to provide a theoretical base for the research and application in related field.
