摘 要:采用氯化钡改性的方法制备氯化钡改性膨润土。研究了振荡时间、废液的pH值、改性膨润土的用量、吸附温度、亚甲基蓝的初始浓度对改性膨润土吸附性能的影响,通过单因素试验和正交试验获得最佳吸附条件。建立了等温吸附模型,考察改性膨润土的再生能力。实验结果表明:当吸附温度为25℃,吸附剂用量为0.5g,吸附时间为20min,亚甲基蓝的浓度为70mg/L,溶液的pH值为7时,钡基改性膨润土对亚甲基蓝的吸附率达到93.25%,吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,热再生率较高。Barium chloride modification was used to prepare Barium Chloride Modified Bentonites . Factors that may affect adsorption properties were studied, such as difference doses of adsorbent, adsorption temperature, PH value of effluent, original concentration of methylene blue solution and response time. The optimum conditions were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Isothermal adsorption model was established and the renewable capability of modified bentonites was studied. The results show that when the temperature is 25℃ , the adsorption dosage is 0.5g , the initial concentration of methylene blue is 70g/ml, the reaction time is 20min, the PH value of the solution is 7, the modified bentonites adsorption for ethylene blue reaches 93.25%; the adsorption is in line with the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model;the thermal regeneration rate is relatively high.
