摘　　要：文章就文献传递过程中隐性知识的转移与共享作了一些研究,探讨了文献传递服务过程中的隐性知识,文献传递服务过程中的隐性知识转移的必要性、转移与共享的保障、转移和共享的途径,并同时探讨了借以一典型案例验证了文献传递过程中隐性知识转移的显著绩效。This paper studies on the tacit knowledge transfer and sharing in the process of document delivery, discusses the tacit knowledge of the document delivery, the necessity, the guarantee, and the approaches of the tacit knowledge transfer and sharing in the process of documents delivery. Also discusses value - added disciplines services with the help of document delivery service. And a typical case is given to demonstrate the tacit knowledge transfer in the process of document delivery.
