摘　　要：企业在实施知识产权战略的过程中,会遭遇诸多矛盾,如专利与商业秘密、数量与质量、基本专利与外围专利、主业经营与专利经营等。从企业实战经验出发,以矛盾理论为基础,参考西方跨国公司的惯例,结合专利制度的追求目标和知识产权的商业价值理论,对各种矛盾体的现状、成因进行深入的分析,并给出相应的解决路径,以助于企业知识产权战略的更好实施。In the process of the implementation of IP strategy, enterprises will face confusion, such as between patent and business secret, the quantity and quality, the essential patent and peripheral patent, main business and patent business. Based on actual experience and the contradiction theory, combined with the theory of commercial value of IPR, this article analyzes deeply the status, cause of formation of the various contradictions, and gives relevant solutions, in order to help the smooth implementation of enterprise IP strategy..
