摘　　要：在医药卫生体制改革的浪潮下,疾病预防控制体系可持续发展问题再引关注。文章通过提高认识、法制先行、强化政府财政投入的主体责任、强基层、再造各级疾控中心定位及公众参与六个方面,构建了疾控体系可持续发展的动能和设想,以适应当前深化改革的需要,打造公众满意的公益性的疾控体系,促进全体人民共享改革成果。With the deepening of health care system reform, the sustainable development of disease control and prevention CDC system has become the public concern again. This article proposed the driving force and vision for the sustainable development of CDC system, in terms of six aspects including public awareness strengthening, legal enforcement, government financial investment, capacity building of grass-roots, role redefinition of CDC s at all levels and public participation. It is aimed to provide an insight for the development of CDC system that meets the requirements of current health care re- form, works totally for public interests and fits the needs of the general public, and finally promote the sharing of health care reform achievements among all the people.
