摘　　要：社会心态是社会成员的观念意识与时代的社会现实发展之间紧密互动而产生的一种社会心理。"拒绝式"社会心态是指社会成员对社会变迁或社会重大变化持否定态度的一种社会心态。"拒绝式"社会心态的生成与根植于中国传统文化中的平均主义观念、清官政治伦理和义利观密切相关。社会心态和社会矛盾的生成具有同源性,"拒绝式"社会心态对于社会矛盾具有推波助澜的消极影响。调适"拒绝式"社会心态,对于有效化解社会矛盾,构建和谐社会意义重大。Social mentality is a kind of social psychology produced in the close interaction between social reality and members' social consciousness. 'Denial'social mentality refers to a social psychology with a negative attitude to the great social changes held by social members. 'Denial'social mentality is closely related to the egalitarianism idea,honest and upright official political ethics and the traditional outlook of righteousness and interests. Generation of social mentality and social contradictions are homologous,'denial'social mentality intensifies the social contradictions and has a negative effect on solving the problems. Adjusting the 'Denial'social mentality has a great significance for resolving the social conflicts and constructing the harmonious society.
