经方调治老年寒热错杂疾病举隅

摘　　要：[目的]总结运用经方调治老年寒热错杂的慢性疾病的经验体会。[方法]例举笔者临床验案数则,从病因病机、治则治法、辨证用药等方面,分析经方调治老年病的经验。[结果]老年慢性病由于自身体质、长期失治误治,造成临床症状繁多、病机复杂甚至矛盾,治疗选方需要格外谨慎推敲。[结论]经方从方证辨证论治老年寒热错杂的慢性疾病,有令人满意的疗效。[Objective] To sum up the experience of classical prescriptions recuperating elderly chronic diseases.[Method] By taking examples of climcal proved cases,from aspects of causa morbi,mechanism,treating rules and methods and medication based on differentiation of signs,it analyzes the experience of TCM recuperating senile diseases.[Result] Owing to their weak constitution,long without or mistaken treatment,the diseases have various symptoms,with complex even contradictory mechanism,shall be very careful in choosing formulae.[Conclusion] Classical prescriptions have satisfying cure effect on treating senile simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat diseases from correspondences between syndromes and prescriptions.
