杜仲及菟丝子对肾阳虚大鼠生殖力及性激素的影响  

Effects on Reproduction and Sex Hormone Treated by Cortex Eucommiae and Semen Cuscutae in Kidney-yang Deficiency Rats

摘　　要：[目的]观察杜仲、菟丝子两味甘味补肾中药对苯甲酸雌二醇致肾阳虚大鼠的生殖能力及性激素等的影响,认识"甘,入肾经"中药药性的现代科学内涵。[方法]采用雄性SD大鼠腹腔注射苯甲酸雌二醇连续10d造成肾阳虚模型,造模同时灌胃给予杜仲、菟丝子水提取物,连续10d。对大鼠睾丸、附睾及精囊腺系数、精浆果糖、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)等进行检测。[结果]杜仲和菟丝子水提取物均能增加肾阳虚大鼠睾丸系数、精囊腺系数,提高精浆果糖含量,升高GnRH、T水平,降低E2、FSH、LH水平。[结论]杜仲、菟丝子同属甘味补肾中药,两味中药均具有增强生殖能力的药效作用,从而不同程度改善肾阳虚证之性欲减退、腰膝酸软等症状,与其能调节性激素水平,改善下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能紊乱有关,这为探讨甘味补肾中药的共同作用规律提供了一定参考。[Objective] To observe the effects on reproductive capacity and sex hormone of two TCM such as Cortex Eucommiae and Semen Cuscutae in extradiol-induced kidney-yang deficiency rats,and understand the modem scientific connotation of the properties theories about sweet-flavor,meridian tropism in kidney.[Methods] Kidney-yang deficiency rats model was established with intraperitoneal injection of estradiol benzoate for 10 days.Meanwhile,rats were given aqueous extracts of Cortex Eucommiae and Semen Cuscutae by intragastric administration for 10 days.The effects were observed by measuring testis index,epididymis index,seminal vesicle index,E2,T,FSH,LH and GnRH level in blood serum.[Results] The aqueous extracts of Cortex Eucommiae and Semen Cuscutae could increase testis index,seminal vesicle index,the content of seminal plasma fructose,GnRH,T,and also could decrease the content of E2,FSH and LH.[Conclusion] Cortex Eucommiae and Semen Cuscutae,the TCM with sweet-flavor,meridian tropism in kidney,which had the effects of enhancing reproductive capacity,could improve the symptoms of soreness of the waist and knees,hyposexuality and so on.All above the effects had the relationship with improving lever of sex hormone and dysfunction of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis.It provides an important reference for the regularity of the properties theories about sweet-flavor,meridian tropism in kidney.
