摘　　要：银饰作为苗族最钟情的配饰,也是中国少数民族艺术中的一朵奇葩。对于没有文字记载历史的苗族来说,银饰及其文化也成为其文明传承的重要纽带。本文结合相关口传神话传说、古籍文献、银饰实物图案等材料,对苗族银饰产生的文化渊源、发展的基本脉络,以及蕴藏其间的文化内涵和审美意蕴进行了解读。Silver ornaments are the favorite accessories of the Miao nationality＇and a marvel in Chinese ethnic arts. As for the Miao nationality without any written history, the silver ornaments and their cultures are important links in their inheritance of civilization. This paper interprets the cultural connotations and aesthetic implications in the silver orna- ments of the Miao nationality by studying its cultural origin and development with reference to oral myths and legends, ancient texts and literatures and the patterns in the actual silver ornaments.
