1336例清洁手术围术期患者抗菌药物预防性用药分析

摘　　要：目的:分析天佑医院清洁手术患者病历中抗菌药物的使用情况。方法:抽取该院2013年1—12月间清洁手术患者病历1 33 6例,依据相关标准进行统计分析。结果:1 336例清洁手术患者抗菌药物平均使用率为49.85%(666例),用药时机合理率为80.92%,选择品种合理率为25.46%,平均使用疗程为(6.85±1.13)d。结论:围手术期抗菌药物预防性使用存在不合理现象、抗菌药物使用率较高、临床选药不合理以及术后用药时间过长等问题,医院应加强对抗菌药物使用的管理力度,确保抗菌药物在临床的合理使用。Objective： To analyse the usage of antibacterial drugs in 1336 patients of clean surgery perioperation in Tianyou hospital. Methods： According to relevant standards and rules Totally 1 336 files of patients with aseptic operation in our hospital during Jan. to Dec.in 2013, were statistically analyzed. Results： Among all the 1 336 cases, the antibacterial drugs usage ratc was 49.85%（666 cases）,the time reasonable rate was 80.92%, reasonable rate of variety choice was 25.46%, and the mean time of antibacterial drugs therapy was（6.85±1.13）d. Conclusion： The prophylactic application of antibacterial drugs in perioperation has some unreasonable phenomena, the present utilization rate is high, selection and use are not reasonable in clinical,therapy course is too long, etc. Great attention should be paid to, the reg- ulation and management, so as to ensure that antibacterial drugs are used rationally.
