摘　　要：LTE网络用户的感知主要包括数据速率感知和语音感知2个方面,文中结合理论分析和试点城市测试结果,详细分析重叠覆盖、PCI模三干扰、LTE与3G数据业务互操作等问题对数据业务速率的影响,同时分析了影响LTE语音CSFB回落时延和语音结束后返回LTE网络性能的关键因素,并针对各类问题,给出了优化建议。LTE user-perceptive quality mainly includes two aspects, data rate and voice. Based on the theoretical analysis and test re-sults, it analyzes the influence on the data rate, such as overlapping coverage, PCI Mod3 interference, LTE/3G PS inter-opera-tion, etc. At the same time, it analyzes the key factors affecting LTE voice CSFB delay and return LTE network performance when voice is over. Furthermore, it presents the relevant optimization suggestions.
